- Bond: Selected candidates must execute a Financial Service Indemnity Bond of Rs. 2,00,000/- for rendering service for a minimum period of 3 years.
- Probation Period: 2 years (active service) from the date of joining.
- Posting: Selected candidates will be posted within the applied State for the first 12 years of service or up to promotion to SMGS-IV Grade, whichever is earlier.
- Increments for Prior Experience: One advance increment per completed year of prior service as Officer in Scheduled Commercial Banks, subject to a maximum of 2 increments, where job profile matches Scale-I Generalist Officer of IOB.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years; OBC (NCL) – 3 years; PwBD – 10 years; Persons affected by 1984 riots – 5 years; Ex-servicemen – 5 years.
- Application: Candidates must apply for ONE STATE only. Multiple applications for the same state: only the last submitted application will be considered.
